铬矿渣替代Cr_2O_3生产翡翠绿玻璃的试验

Study on Cost Reduction in Production of Jade Green Glass with Chromium Slag as Colorant Instead of Cr_2O_3

简要分析了铬矿渣在玻璃行业中的应用。介绍了铬矿渣的性质及作为着色剂在翡翠绿玻璃中使用时对玻璃熔化的影响,并探索了铬矿渣的引入方式及铬矿渣粒度控制范围,试验证明,在粒径小于0.18 mm时,能保证玻璃的熔化质量。并对其有效地降低玻璃成本进行了分析。

Application of chromium slag to glass industry and properties of chromium slag were briefly described.The effect of chromium slag as colorant on glass melting was discussed when jade green glass was produced.The addition of the slag to glass batch was also presented and the size of the slag was found to be smaller than 0.18 mm so that the melting quality of glass can be ensured.
