加强上海市优秀历史建筑保护修缮管理的几点思考

Several Reflections on Strengthening Protection,Repair and Management of Fine Historical Buildings in Shanghai

自2003年《上海市历史文化风貌区和优秀历史建筑保护条例》实施以来,上海市优秀历史建筑保护管理取得了显著的成效。针对目前上海市优秀历史建筑保护管理中保护性修缮管理尚存在如保护专项资金等方面的不足,对优秀历史建筑保护修缮改造管理体制优化等方面进行了思考和探索。

Since the implementation of＂Protective Regulations for Scenic Spots with Historical and Cultural Values and Fine Historical Buildings in Shanghai＂in the year 2003,the protection and management works of fine historical buildings in Shanghai have achieved obvious effects.In order to solve existing shortcomings（such as the lack of special fund for protection）in protective repair and management of fine historical buildings of Shanghai,we reflect and research upon aspects such as the optimization of managerial systems for protection,repair and transformation of fine historical buildings.
