预应力复合搅拌桩墙在基坑围护工程中的应用

摘要 在浦东陆家嘴地区某超高层住宅基坑围护施工中,需确保基坑西侧约13m的市政重点雨水泵站正常运行。该雨水泵站主要服务于陆家嘴地区的雨水排放,泵房主机深度达14m。普通围护形式造价高昂,施工难度大。文章比较了三种常用施工工艺的优缺点,介绍采用新颖复合搅拌桩墙内插预应力钢筋的施工方法,成功满足了苛刻位移及沉降的要求。 During the construction of enclosure of foundation trench of one of the mega-high-rise residences in Lujiazui,Pudong District,persons concerned should ensure the normal operation of the rainwater pumping station which is located about 13m away from the western part of the foundation trench and is one of the key municipal works.The rainwater pumping station mainly serves for rainwater drainage of Lujiazui and the depth of host machine in the pump room is as deep as 14m.If normal enclosure patterns are adopted,the costs would be great and the construction would be difficult.This article compares the merits and faults of three kinds of construction techniques which are commonly used.It also introduces the construction method in which novel compound-type stirring piling wall and interpolative prestressed reinforcement are adopted.This can successfully satisfy the requirements of rigorous displacement and sedimentation.
