摘要
以遂渝铁路、兰渝铁路在重庆嘉陵江小三峡地区的选线工作为例,探讨铁路工程与自然保护区、风景名胜区等环境敏感区发生干扰时,如何在尽可能采取避让措施的前提下,解决保护环境敏感区的问题,将工程对自然环境的影响降至最低程度,使经济建设和环境保护工作协调进行.
Taking the route selection of Suining-Chongqing railway and Lanzhou-Chongqing railway in the Lesser Three Gorges area in Chongqing Jialing River as an example,how to solve the environment protection in such sensitive areas such as natural reserves and scenic areas was discussed when environmentally sensitive areas produce interferences which can minimize the impact of railway construction on the environmentally sensitive areas and achieve a balance between environmental protection and economic development.
