胃癌的^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像的作用探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨18F-FDG PET/CT显像在胃癌病情评估中的作用。方法经胃镜和组织病理学证实的51例胃癌患者进行18F-FDG PET/CT扫描,获得肿瘤分型、分期、转移等情况,并与手术探查、术后病理检查进行对照。结果 51例胃癌患者中,PET图像检测出原发性胃癌43例,灵敏度84.32%(43/51);18F-FDG PET/CT图像检测出全部患者,灵敏度100.00%(51/51);PET/CT显像对胃癌局部淋巴结转移的灵敏度为94.29%(33/35);18F-FDG PET/CT显像对胃癌远处组织或器官转移的灵敏度为86.67%(13/15)。结论 18F-FDG PET/CT显像对原发性胃癌及局部淋巴结和远处组织器官转移的检出是一种灵敏的方法,对胃癌的术前分期具有一定参考意义。 Objective To outline the values of 18 F-FDG PET/CT imaging in evaluating gastric cancer. Methods 51 patients proven with gastric cancer by gastroscope and histopathoogical examination were involved in this study.All patients received 18 F-FDG PET/CT scanning,the tumor typing,staging,and metastasis were obtained,and compared to the outcomes of surgical findings and post-operative pathological findings. Results Among 51 patients with gastric cancer, 43 of them were found with primary gastric cancer in PET scanner, with a sensitivity of 84.32%(43/51);18 F-FDG PET/CT presented all patients with gastric cancer,with a sensitivity 100.00%(51/51);PET/CT scanned for locally lymphatic metastasis resulting in a sensitivity of 94.29%(33/35);18 F-FDG PET/CT scanned for distal tissues or organs metastasis resulting in a sensitivity of 86.67%(13/15).Conclusion 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging is sensitive in scanning primary gastric cance,and locally lymphatic metastasis and distal tissues or organs metastasis.It is valuable of preoperative typing for gastric cancer.
