By selecting seven foreign intellectual property dispute cases involved the library from 975 to 2008,and from three perspectives of analyzing the main points from the cases,the focus dispute in cases,and the impact on libraries,the author discusses that the library should learn the experience and tactics from the past cases in order to better safeguard their own rights,and avoid the risk of infringement.
