摘要
在对新型偏心多轴隧道掘进机工作原理进行分析的基础上,建立了刀盘在恒扭矩、恒流量及恒转速工况下的数学模型,并对比分析了几种工况下系统的压力、流量与转速的变化关系,为今后设计此种类型的掘进机提供了理论依据.
Based on the analysis of the work principle of a new DPLEX tunneling shield, the mathematic models of the cutter body in working conditions of constant torque, constant flow and constant rotate speed are built, and the relationship between system pressure, flux and rotate speed in these working conditions is analyzed. This study provides theoretical basis for the design of tunneling shield of the same type.
