摘要
分析了电力企业高层次创新性人才一个个生动的案例,从厚实基础、"泰勒"模式、实际问题、内外需求,以及勤于思考和辩证思维等方面全面论述了创新人才造就过程中的环境和条件.
A series of real cases of high-level creative personnel in power enterprises are analyzed ; the environment and conditions for bringing up high-level creative personnel are expounded in terms of abundant foundation, "Taylor" model, practical problems, inside and outside demand, diligent thinking and dialectical thought pattern.
