摘要
介绍了某型中频发电机励磁系统的特点及其对电压信号采样的要求,分析了采用软件实现同步交流采样的工作原理和误差来源及其减小措施,结合DSP技术提出了一种基于TMS320F2407A芯片的软件同步采样技术的实现方案,并设计了硬件电路,编写了软件流程。实际应用效果表明,在中频发电机励磁系统中采用该技术,可保证采样精度并降低硬件复杂度,满足了客户要求。
The characteristics of the excitation system of a mid-frequency generator and its requirement for the voltage signal sampling are introduced in this paper. The work principles, error sources and the measures of reducing the errors by employing software to implement synchronous alternating sampling are analysed. A practical scheme of software synchronous sampling technique based on TMS320F2407A and combined with DSP technique is put forward. The relevant hardware circuits are designed and the software flow is compiled. The results of practical application show that the sampling accuracy is guaranteed, the complexity of the hardware is reduced and the customers' demand is met, when the technique is used in the excitation system of mid-frequency generators.
