高校师德建设存在的问题及解决路径探析

当前我国高校师德建设中存在问题的原因除了市场经济带来的负面影响之外,还涉及监督评价机制、人才使用和培养、宣传报道等。作为解决方法,除了加强正面教育,还要完善师德建设制度,构建网络文化体系,营造尊师重教的良好氛围,健全激励机制等。

Recently in addition to the side effect of market economy,there are some other problems existing in the construction of ethnic education for university teachers,which are related to the mechanism of supervision and assessment,the employment and cultivation of talent,and the spreading of the notion of ethic education.To deal with the problems it is necessary to improve the mechanism of teacher ethnic education,construct the system of network culture,cultivate the atmosphere of teaching and leaning,complete the encouragement mechanism,and strengthen the positive propaganda.
