广播电视大学信访工作存在的问题及对策研究

广播电视大学信访工作相对于普通高校及其他成人高校在信访对象、信访内容、信访渠道等方面具有自身特点。在日常教务教学管理中,仍存在着事前预测不到位和事后化解不及时等问题。健全信访工作体制、完善运行机制、提高人员素质和合理运用法律手段是解决电大信访工作存在问题的有效对策。

The work of letters and visits in Radio and TV University has its own particularities in terms of objectives,contents and channels compared to higher education universities and other adult education universities.In the process of daily teaching and management of administration affairs,overdue prediction and delayed resolution are still the problems existing in the work of letters and visits.The article suggests some effective countermeasures on how to perfect the system and its operation of letters and visits,along with the improvement of staff quality and reasonable application of law.
