摘要
研究了不同调质工艺参数对1E0682的屈服强度、抗拉强度及硬度的影响,利用电镜对1E0682不同热处理制度下的组织形态及分布进行了观察分析,并对生产工艺进行了优化。
The effect of different quenching and tempering process parameters on the yield strength,tensile strength and hardness of 1E0682 has been studied.The microstructure morphology and distribution of steel 1E0682 in different heat treatment systems have been observed and analyzed and the production process has been optimized as well.
