摘要
高校心理健康教育教师的专业化发展是提高大学生心理素质的保障,主要环节是教师自身的建设。提高自身素质、树立科学的教育理念、广博的知识等自身建设是心理健康教师专业化发展的根本内容。提高自我效能、实施督导制度、技术整合、科教结合、总结经验是其自身建设的有效措施。
The development of mental health teacher professionalization is the assurance to improve students psychological quality and the key link is the self-construction of teachers'.The basic contents of professional development for teachers' self-construction are to improve teachers' quality and establish the scientific educational concept with extensive knowledge,the effective measures are to improve self-efficacy,carry out supervisory systems,technology integration,combination between science and education and sum up experiences.
