Matrix Method to Analyse Factors of Wagon Turnround Time

指出现行货车周转时间因素分析方法存在的缺陷，建立矩阵对角均差的概念，提出合理而简便的矩阵分析法，并对复合指标的因素分析问题提出矩阵形式的计算公式。

In this paper, we point out the defects existing in the current method to analyse factors of wagon turnround time, put forward the concept“mean diagonal difference of matrix”and then present the matrix method that is rational and simple. At the same time, we also give the matrix form formulae which can be used to analyse influencing factors of a multiple index.
