学生因素对高校“生评教”客观性的影响及改进措施——基于某地方普通高校的调查 被引量:3

摘要 学生评教有其必要性和合理性。从学生因素来看,学生的评教态度、评教能力、心理偏差和学习态度等,都会对评教结果的客观性产生影响。为此,评价所采用的指标体系和评价量表要适合学生的评教能力,评教前,应加强宣传、培训,使学生明确评教目的,树立正确的评教观;在评教的组织过程中,要恰当选择评价时机,合理确定参评学生的范围;评教后,应及时反馈评教结果,使教师有针对性地进行改进,以便提高学生对评教结果的预期,进而不断提高学生评教的客观性。 There are necessity and reasonability for students to evaluate teaching.From students' point of view,students' attitude and ability of evaluating teaching,mental deviation and learning attitude can influence the objectivity on the results of evaluating teaching.The adopted target system and the scale of evaluating should be right for students' ability of evaluating.Before evaluating,students should make clear its purpose and establish the correct viewpoints by publicizing and training.In its process,it is necessary to choose its opportunity and to define the scope of students who attend to evaluate.After evaluating,the feedback from the results should be prompt to make improvement for teachers so as to raise students' expectation for the result of evaluating,and then raise the objectivity of students' evaluating teaching unceasingly.
