摘要
文章以宁波市数字图书馆建设为例,以可持续发展为主线,论述了宁波市数字图书馆建设是一个以政府为主导,以服务为导向的城市数字图书馆模式。并从体制、机制方面对实现这一模式的途径进行了研究。
Taking the construction of Ningbo Digital Library as an example, the sustainable development as the main line, the article concludes the construction of Ningbo Digital Library is a government - led, service - oriented model of urban digital library. Also, the article discusses how to realize this model and approaches through systems and mechanism.
