基于多属性群决策理论的武器装备体系评价方法

An Equipment System Evaluation Method Based on Multi-Attribute Group Decision-Making Thoery

体系评价是制定武器装备发展规划的重要依据,针对论证过程中对武器装备体系进行对比评价的需要,提出了一种基于多属性群决策理论的武器装备体系评价方法。同时,为提高这种方法的实用性,提出了确定体系评价准则的思路和方法,初步建立了多属性评价指标体系,并给出了对不同装备体系进行多属性排序的应用示例。

System evaluation is the important reliance for weapon equipment development plan.A kind of weapon equipment system evaluation method based on multi-attribute circle was proposed aim at the need of contrast and estimation of weapon equipment system during demonstration.At the same time,with the object of enhancement practicality of method,way of thinking and method of determination system evaluation standard was proposed.Multi-attribute evaluation index system was established preliminary.The application example of multi-attribute sorting for different equipment system was given.
