摘要
分析了建立火炮系统全弹道过程仿真软件的必要性和实用性,以某口径火炮配备脱壳穿甲弹的发射过程为例,建立完整弹道过程的仿真平台,从实际应用角度出发,在内弹道段上提供经典模型和一维两相流模型,在外弹道段上提供质点模型及六自由度刚体模型方便选择。系统软件采用模块化设计架构清晰,通用性和可拓展性强。最后通过对脱壳穿甲弹的全弹道过程仿真说明该软件能够完成弹道仿真的任务,并可以根据数据文件方便地分析全弹道物理过程。
The necessity and practicality were analyzed so as to establish the simulation software in overall trajectory process of gun system.Based on the firing process of armor piercing discarding sabot(APDS)shell of a caliber gun,the simulation platform in the overall trajectory process was set up.From the point of view of practical application,in the period of interior ballistics,the classical mathematical model and one-dimension two-phase flow model were included,and in the period of exterior ballistics,particle trajectory model and six-degree-of-freedom trajectory model were included to easily select.By means of modularization design,the structure of system software is clear,the commonality and expandability are strong.With the help of APDS shell simulation of overall trajectory process of gun system,the results showed that this software can accomplish the task of overall trajectory process simulation,and the output data files can conveniently interpret the physical process of overall trajectory in detail.
