摘要 针对高射频武器系统弹丸速度测量的特点,采用半导体激光器产生了点光源,经石英棒、凸透镜及螺纹透镜形成了1m的测试光幕;利用集成光敏二极管阵列将弹丸穿越测试光幕引起的光通量的变化转换为电信号,设计了高射频光电测速系统。探讨了靶距误差产生的原因,确定了测速精度优于0.1%;设计了模拟校验器及基于3支12.7mm专用发射装置的程控发射系统,考核了光电靶的测速性能及测频性能,测试结果表明,该光电靶的测频能力达到了20万发/分。 Considering the features of bullet velocity measurement in the high firingfrequency weapon system,pointolite was generated using semiconductor laser,with the effect of quartz rod、convex lens and thread lens,it formed 1-meter measuring Light Screen;The changes of luminous flux which was caused when the bullet crossing through the measure light screen,was changed into electrical signal using integrated photodiode array,based on this,the system was designed.The rate accuracy surpasses point one percent by studying the cause of target distance error.The simulation checker and the programmable launching system which is based on three 12.7 mm special launcher were designed,the performance of the velocity measurement and the frequency measurement were assessed,the test results show that the ability of frequency measurement can reach 20 0000 bullets per minute.
