Real-time and Non-real-time Communication Software Based on Network Terminal

根据嵌入式终端的特点分析了Socket套接字编程,以及邮件系统的原理和相关协议,设计了聊天软件和邮件客户端软件,并在网络终端中运行成功。聊天软件可实现嵌入式网络终端和嵌入式网络终端之间,以及网络终端和PC机之间的聊天通信功能。邮件客户端软件除具备基本的中英文邮件收发功能外,还可直接在邮件内显示附件或下载附件等,具有较大的灵活性和扩展性。

Socket programming and the theory and related protocols of E-mail system are analyzed.The chat software and E-mail client software are designed and run successfully in the network terminals.The chat software realizes the communication among embedded network terminals,and between network terminals and personal computers.The E-mail client software has good flexibility and scalability.It can not only send and receive messages in both English and Chinese,but also achieve other functions such as displaying the content of mail attachment without downloading or downloading attachment directly.
