分子筛MCM-48负载磷钨酸催化合成苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛 被引量:5

摘要 以分子筛MCM-48负载磷钨酸为多相催化剂,以苯甲醛和乙二醇为原料合成苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛,采用正交试验探讨了合成苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛的影响因素。实验结果表明:固定苯甲醛物质的量为0.2mol,在n(苯甲醛)∶n(乙二醇)=1∶1.4,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的0.25%,带水剂环己烷为10mL,反应时间60 min的条件下,苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛的收率为79.0%. A new environmental friendly catalyst,H3PW12O40/ MCM-48 was prepared.Benzaldehyde glycol acetal was synthesized from benzaldehyde and glycol by using H3PW12O40/ MCM-48 as catalyst according to orthogonal test method.Under the reaction condition of the amount of benzaldehyde is 0.20 mol,the molar ratio of benzaldehyde to glycol is 1∶1.4,the dosage of catalyst is equal to 0.25% of feed stocks,the volume of cyclohexane as the water-carrying agent is 10mL,and the reaction time is 60min,and yield of benzaldehyde glycol acetal can reach over 79.0%.
