摘要
本文选择绍兴8家有代表性的纺织企业,运用价值链理论,采用多案例研究方法,得出了以下关于我国纺织企业升级战略的结论。(1)我国纺织企业转型升级的首要条件是嵌入全球价值链,为此应建立满足全球质量、环境和社会方面的各种标准认证体系。(2)就升级战略来说,纺织企业在高端市场的升级重点是产品升级与工艺流程升级,在二级市场的升级重点是功能升级,在新兴市场的升级重点是功能升级;同一企业在不同市场层次上的升级行为应采取先易后难、循序渐进的原则。(3)就升级路线来说,处于OEA和OEM生产方式的纺织企业应采取基于ODM导向的升级路径,处于ODM和OBM生产方式的纺织企业应分别采取基于OBM导向和市场扩张能力提升的升级路径。
This paper selected eight textile enterprises in Shaoxing,using value chain theory,and multi-method case study,we obtain the following conclusions of upgrade strategy of textile enterprises in China.First,the condition of upgrading of textile enterprises is that these firms must be embedded in the global value chain,this should be established to meet the global quality,environmental and social aspects of a variety of standard certification system.Second,the upgrade strategy is that textile enterprises in the high-end market must take the product upgrade process,textile enterprises in the secondary market must take the function of upgrade,textile enterprises in the emerging markets must take the functional upgrade;the same company in different markets should take different acts for upgrading,that is taking acts of the easier before difficult.Third,the upgrade route is that the textile enterprises in the OEA and OEM production should take the upgrade path based on ODM-oriented,in the ODM and OBM production should be based on the OBM-oriented and market-oriented upgrade path.
