摘要
对钒在高碳钢盘条中的析出进行了分析,对实验室冶炼的不同钒含量的82B钢的组织和性能进行了研究,通过热模拟实验结合电镜以及化学相分析等手段对钒在高碳钢盘条中的强化机理进行了分析。结果表明,在碳含量相当的情况下,加入0.07%的钒,能有效提高盘条的抗拉强度,产品具有良好的综合性能。
The precipitation of vanadium in high carbon steels is analyzed in this paper.The metallographic structure and the mechanical properties of the sample with different contents of vanadium smelted in lab are investigated.The strengthening mechanism of vanadium in high carbon steel is investigated through heat simulation aided with electron microscope and chemical phase analysis.The results indicate that,when carbon content is equivalent to vanadium content in high carbon steel,which is less than 0.1%,the tensile strength of the steel can be efficiently increased by adding 0.07% or so;and extensibility and reduction of area will both be decreased.Thus better overall properties of the products are obtained.
