局部注药治疗Graves病胫前黏液性水肿15例观察

摘要 胫前黏液性水肿（PM）,又称甲状腺毒性黏液蛋白沉积症,是毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿（Graves病）较少见的一种皮肤损害,约占Graves病的5%。胫前黏液性水肿目前无特殊的治疗方案。本研究采用局部注药治疗Graves病胫前黏液性水肿,取得了较好的临床效果,现报道如下。
