肩锁关节脱位两种常用治疗方法的临床疗效比较

Comparison of Two Usual Methods for the Treatment of Acromioclavicular Dislocation

【目的】比较锁骨钩钢板和克氏钢丝治疗肩锁关节脱位的疗效。【方法】将32例TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位患者随机分为两组：A组17例，采用锁骨钧钢板固定治疗；B组15例，采用克氏针钢丝固定治疗。【结果】按照Karlsson评分标准，A组的优良率（93．8％）明显高B组（71．4％），差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；在愈合时间方面A组也优于B组（P〈0．05）。【结论】锁骨钩钢板固定可靠，并发症少，是治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位的一种行之有效的方法。

[Objective] To compare the effects of clavicular hook plate and Kirschner wire for the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation. [Methods] Thirty two cases of Tossy Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation were divided into two groups. The treatment group（group A, n = 17） underwent clavicular hook plate fixation. The control group（group B, n = 15） were treated with Kirschner wire fixation. [Results] According to Karlsson rating criteria, the excellent and good rate in group A（93.8%） was higher than that in group B（71. 4%）, and there was significant difference between two groups（ P 〈0.05）. The healing time in group A was significantly better than that in group B（ P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Clavicular hook plate fixation is reliable and has less complications, so it is effective for the treatment of TossyⅢ acromioclavicular dislocation.
