Laminoplasty with Titanium Mesh in the Management of Thoracolumbar Burst Fracture Treated with AF Pedicle Screw Instrument

【目的】探讨AF复位内固定加钛网椎板重建治疗胸腰段爆裂骨折的疗效。【方法】对35例胸腰段爆裂骨折均行AF复位内固定椎管减压钛网椎板重建植骨融合手术，术后结合康复功能训练进行治疗。【结果】术后X线拍片复查，骨折椎体前缘高完全恢复，椎体后缘骨块复位，随诊6～26个月，X线拍片、CT扫描显示植骨融合良好。【结论】应用AF复位内固定加钛网椎板重建植骨融合治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折操作简单、复位满意，疗效良好。

[Objective]To explore the clinical effect of laminoplasty with Titanium Mesh in thoracolumbar burst fracture fixed by AF pedicle screw instrument. [Methods] Thirty five patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture underwent reduction and fixation with AF pedicle screw instrument, then laminoplasty was preferred with Titanium Mesh in order to facilitate graft incorporation. Rehabilitation functional training was performed after operation. [Re suits]Postoperative X-rays demonstrated that the height of vertebral body restored well and the posterior fractures had regained shape. Thirty five patients were followed up for 6 to 26 months, and all of their grafts got good bone fusion shown by X films and CT scanning. [Conclusion]AF reduction fixation combined with laminoplasty with Titanium Mesh is a safe and effective treatment for tboracolumbar burst fracture.
