This paper described the analysis and processing of the motor frequent burning problems in axial fan of a power plant.Analyzed the reasons leading to motor burning and pointed out the insecurity of hydrophobic multi-level seal heater U-seal job,the inconsistency of direct connection with the motor fan and other factors.Confirmed that the main factor leaded frequent burning is fans blocked export pipeline water and fans inside the steam leaking under pressure to call into the soda machine.Technical measures to take related to the problem can be completely resolved the problems and provide reference.
