摘要
为了解决现成无线激光通信设备价格昂贵的问题,介绍一种无线激光通信实验装置的设计和制作。该装置包含一个电源慢启动电路和LD保护电路,并采用直接调制方式发射使得整个装置电路简单、造价低廉。实验证明该装置演示直观、效果良好,能满足教学实验演示的要求,室内无强光照射时通信距离可以达20 m。这一装置对学生直观地理解发射、接收、调制、解调原理的有关概念,激发学生学习兴趣有一定帮助。
The design and fabrication process of a laser wireless communication device for experiment guide are introduced to solve the problem of the cost of the available laser wireless communication devices. This device contains a time-delay start- ing LD protected circuit and adopts a direct modulation mode, which makes the whole circuit simple and the device cheap. The experiment results show that the apparatus has visual presentation and good effect, and its communication distance can be up to 20 m under the condition of no strong light. It meets the experiment requirements of students, and can help users to understand the concepts of emission, receive, modulation and demodulation.
