摘要 为了实现YIG频率测量的自动化,设计了一种计算机控制YIG频率测量电路,针对YIG频率测量电路中非线性问题及磁性材料中磁滞现象对频率测量精度的影响,给出了软件补偿方法。根据具体型号中YIG滤波器组成频率测量电路的测量结果表明,该软件补偿方法可以提供满足精度要求的测量。 In order to realize the automation of YIG frequency measurement, a YIG frequency- measuring circuit controlled by computer is designed. Aiming at the effect of non-linear factor in YIG frequency- measuring circuit and hysteresis phenomenon of the magnetic materials on the accuracy of the frequency measurement, some software compensation methods, are presented. The measured results of a specific YIG frequency-measuring circuit indicate that the software compesation methods can meet the requirement of the measuring accuracy.
