摘要
通过分析目前国内外使用的动态称重系统(WIM)存在的问题,选择石英压电称重传感器作为动态称重传感器,并采用TMS320C6416的DSP核心器件设计并实现了相应的动态称重系统,利用Delphi完成了该动态称重系统的软件设计。该系统克服了传统动态称重系统测量精度低、所需时间长等缺点,通过实测表明该系统运行良好,应用前景广泛。
The piezoelectric quartz weighing sensor is selected as a weigh-in-motion (WIM) sensor for solving the problems of WlM used at home and abroad, The WlM system is designed and realized by adopting the DSP kernel device of TMS320C6416, and the software design of WlM system is completed by Delphi. The WlM system overcomes shortcomings of the traditional WlM system, such as low-precision and long time. The simulation results show that the WIM system has good operation and wide application foreground.
