摘要 为解决氧气厂循环冷却水低温结垢问题,在水质分析的基础上,采用正交试验法筛选了循环冷却水水处理剂配方。结果表明,该配方具有较好的阻垢和缓蚀性能,可以很好地解决制氧循环冷却水中长期以来存在的较低水温的沉积垢问题。该配方无磷、无毒、可生物降解,具有较大的推广价值。 Aiming at the scaling problem at low temperature in circulating cooling water systems during the process of oxygen-making, it makes an orthogonal experiment by complex components in the scope of choosing factors by the water quality. The test shows that this prescription has excellent efficiency in inhibiting scale and corrosion. The long-lasting problem of scaling at low temperature in circulating cooling water systems during oxygen preparation is perfectly solved as well. Meanwhile, the formula are non-phosphorus, non-toxic, biodegradable and promotion of a greater value.
