ISO 9000 standards for improving management of quality and the quality of products and the system of quality certification for international trades are universally acknowledged.ISO 9000 phenomenon,the structure of 9000 family,principal concepts of ISO 9000 and how to carry out the certification are introduced and analyzed in details.Some beneficial suggestions are put forwarded.
