摘要
本文根据注塑平板制件的加工情况,应用有限厚度的相变温度场冷却模型,用改进焓法的一维有限差分程序,完成了平板中心层温度冷却至熔点所需时间的计算。算例表明改进焓法从固液相界面的两侧建立统一的能量方程,成功地处理了潜热,避免了通常差分法计算中容易出现的节点温度波动现象。
Basing on injection moulding of a slab plastic part
and the model cooling of temperature gradient of phase change for one dimension of finite
thickness,a new finie difference methods modified enthalpy methods (MEM),is applied to
calculate cooling time.The example shows that by improvement of MEM and setting up the
unified energy equations from two sides of solidliquid interface ,the latent heat is treated
successfully,and the phenomenon of temperature fluctuation at node is avoided in calculation
by differential method.
