实施振兴战略6年以来,黑龙江进入了历史上发展最好、最快的新时期,全省人民的生活得到了极大改善。黑龙江要在调整经济结构、转变发展方式中谋划大发展,加快形成具有独特优势和竞争力的"八大经济区"和"十大工程",必须以改革开放为动力,坚持以结构调整为主线,以可持续发展为目标,保护好生态环境,做好与俄远东地区合作大文章。

Since the implementation of the revitalization strategy 6 years ago,Heilongjiang has entered the best and fastest development period and the living conditions of people throughout the province have been greatly improved.In order to realize big development in the process of adjusting economic structure and transforming the mode of development,and accelerate the formation of ＂eight economic zones＂ and the ＂Top Ten Projects＂,which have unique advantages and competitiveness.Heilongjiang province must take reform and opening up as the driving force,take structural adjustment as main line,and take sustainable development as goal to realize good cooperation with Russian Far East region.
