基层医院应加快实现手术器械集中供应的步伐

How to accelerate the process of centralized surgical instruments supply for primary hospital.

目的:分析基层医院实现集中式供应中存在的管理问题,并提出相应措施,供尚未实行集中式管理的基层医院借鉴。方法:对基层医院实现集中式供应中存在的管理问题进行分析,尤其在体制、措施等几个重要环节进行重点分析。结果:目前基层医院对于消毒供应室实现集中式供应管理中尚存在诸多问题,应从多个方面采取有效措施实现集中式供应。结论:医院领导的高度重视,改进与完善管理体制,是基层医院加快实现集中式供应的关键。

Objective：To analyse the present condition and management existing in centralized supply system in primary hospitasl, and to put forward solutions in helping the primary hopitals. Methods：To analyze the present management and problems which hinder the centralized supply system in primary hos- pitals, system,measures in pratieular. Resutls：Lots of problems still exist in the management in primary hospital disinfection department. Effective meas- ures should be taken to ensure central supply. Conclusions：Hospital Administration should pay more attention to the improvement and perfection. That is the key point in the speeding of the central supply system in primary hospital
