早期康复对股骨骨折术后患者日常生活活动能力影响的研究

Study on the effect of early healing on ADL after femoral fracture surgery

目的:探讨早期康复护理对股骨骨折术后患者日常生活活动(ADL)能力的影响。方法:将股骨骨折术后患者100例随机分为实验组(53例)和对照组(47例);ADL评定采用功能独立性评定(FIM),评定分别于两组术前、术后3个月进行。结果:术后3个月两组患者的FIM评分均有明显提高(P<0.01),实验组FIM评分升高比对照组更明显(P<0.01);实验组住院时间为(23.33±5.78)d,对照组住院时间为(28.26±6.51)d,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:早期康复护理对股骨骨折术后患者的功能恢复有着重要的意义,能有效地改善患者日常活动能力,缩短住院时间。

Objective：To analyse the impact of activities of daily living of postoperative patients of femoral fracture , who is given the early rehabilitation nursing. Methods：We divided 100 postoperative patients of femoral fracture into two groups at random ,which are named the early nursing group （53 cases） and the routine nursing granp（47 cases）. The patients are evaluated before the operation and 3 months after the operation according to FIM （Function Inde- pendent Measure）. Results：The FIM scores of patients of both groups obviously increase 3 months after operation （P 〈 0. 001 ）. The early nursing group increased more than the routine group did （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The length of stay of early group is （ 23.33 ± 5.78 ） days, and （28.26± 6.51 ） days of routine group. The length of stay have statistical significance in two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：Early rehabilitation nursing is necessarily helpful to rehabilitation of patients of femoral fracture. It can improve the ADL and shorten the inhospital time.
