目的:总结葡萄糖钳夹技术护理中的注意事项。方法:对30例葡萄糖钳夹试验进行观察、评估分析。结果:葡萄糖钳夹试验顺利、受试者安全、静脉管道通畅、血标本合格。结论:葡萄糖钳夹试验前物品、设备、环境的充分准备,建立良好的静脉通路,试验中对受试者的人文关怀是试验的基础,是试验顺利进行、科研数据准确的保证。

Objective： To summary nursing highlights in the hyperinsulinemie euglycemie clamp technique. Methods：A hyperinsulinemic euglyeemie clamp technique was applied into the study of methodology in 30 subjects. Results： The hyperinsulinemic euglycemic clamp test was successfully fufilled. Conclusions： Careful preparation before test,setting up good vein access and humanistic care for subjects are crucial to the qualified samples which will provide accurate data for scientific research.
