摘要
本文采用FESEM、UV和动态光散射纳米粒度分析等测试手段研究了载体Cindye Dnk对分散染料色光、溶解性、粒度、分散状态和分散稳定性的影响,从而研究了载体Cindye Dnk对分散染料的作用机理。结果表明:载体Cindye Dnk不影响分散染料的色光,即不影响分散染料的结构,但能提高分散染料在水中的溶解性,降低分散染料的粒度,故有利于芳纶织物的分散染料染色。
The effects of carrier Cindye Dnk on the color tone, solubility,particle size, dispersed state and stability of disperse dyes were studied by FESEM, UV, Dynamic Light Scattering Nano-Particle Size Analyzer and etc.So,the mechanism of carrier Cindye Dnk on disperse dyes was studied.The results indicated that the carrier Cindye Dnk had no effect on the color tone,that means the structure of disperse dyes were not effected. But their solubility in water was improved and their particle sizes were reduced.It was favorable for the aramid fabric dyeing with disperse dyes.
