摘要 采用预聚体法,以聚酯多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)制备了聚酯型水性聚氨酯乳液。考察了NCO/OH比、亲水扩链剂DMPA用量、中和度、乙二胺用量对水性聚氨酯乳液粒径的影响。结果表明,随着NCO/OH比的增大,乳液粒径增大;随着DMPA用量和中和度的增加,乳液的粒径减小;随着乙二胺用量的增大,乳液的粒径先减小后增大。 The polyester waterborne polyurethane emulsions were prepared with polyester polyol,toluene-2,4-dissocyanate(TDI) and 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA) by prepolymerization.The influence of the ratio of NCO/OH,the amount of hydrophilic chain extending agent DMPA,the neutralization degree and the amount of ethylenediamine on the particle size of emulsions were investigated.The results showed that the particle size of emulsions increased as the amount of the ratio of NCO/OH increased;the particle size of emulsions decreased as the amount of DMPA and neutralization degree increased;the particle size first decreased and then increased as the amount of ehtylenediamine increased.
