摘要
该文建立了气相色谱内标法测量苯含量的实验方法,介绍了色谱仪部件工作原理和选择实验条件的理论依据;以医用和微量注射器为例,规范操作方法,灵活应用多种教学手段提高教学效果。
In this paper, determining benzene in the mix-liquid by the internal standard GC method has been developed. The principle of gas chromatography and the basis for the selection of operational conditions is introduced. Taking medical injector and micro injector as an example, standard manipulation and a variety of teaching methods are applied to improve teaching effect.
