摘要
采用聚酯废料作原料,经醇解、缩聚制备聚氨酯漆,既保护了环境,又具有良好的经济效益。介绍了该聚氨酯漆的生产工艺及其实验装置。讨论了醇解和缩聚的温度及时间等因素。试验结果表明,所得的聚氨酯漆符合规定的技术指标,兼有装饰和防腐蚀等性能。
Abstract A polyurethane paint, based on waste polyester as binder (via alcoholysis and polycondensation), has been prepared, which has either the advantages for environmental protection or better economic benefit.The production technology and lab device were described.The temperature and time of alcoholysis and polycondensation were discussed.It has shown that the quality of polyurethane paint obtained is conform to the specified technical specification, and can be used for both decoration and corrosion protection.
