摘要
学术期刊业务量的大幅度增长,造成其编辑人才的短缺。大量的、从高校毕业的学生进入学术期刊编辑部,使新编辑的入职培训成为学术期刊不得不面对的问题。文章从分析学术期刊新编辑存在的问题入手,分析了新编辑入职培训的基本内容,并结合笔者所在的编辑部对新编辑入职培训的尝试,提出了学术期刊新编辑入职培训的切实有效的路径。
The substantial increase of business in editorial office of academic journals leads to the shortage of editor.Because of abundant college graduates enter editorial department,their orientation training of new editor is indispensible.The problems of new editors are analyzed,and the content of orientation training of new editors is also discussed in this paper.With attempt of the training in the editorial department with the author,the effective paths of training new editors are presented.
