摘要
在以科学发展为经济社会发展的总要求这一背景之下,城市土地市场培育与调控应兼顾效率、公平和可持续发展三大目标。本文试图基于上述三大目标,建立城市土地市场科学发展评价体系,力求为城市土地市场发育的完善程度提供一个客观的、具有较高参考价值的评判标准。
Under the background of taking a scientific development of economy and society as the general requirement, the urban land market cultivation and regulation should take account of efficiency, equity and sustainable development. Based on the above three goals, this paper attempts to construct an evaluation system for scientific development of the urban land market, and strive to provide an objective evaluation criteria with a high reference value.
