类波士顿矩阵分析和经验模型在高校行政管理人员绩效评价中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 采用类波士顿矩阵分析模型和经验模型对某高校某处室5名中层行政管理人员2008年度绩效进行评价,同时研究了领导、同行、下级三类评价主体对中层行政管理人员的评价.结果表明:经验模型和类波士顿矩阵分析模型对5位中层行政管理人员的评价结果一致,但不同权重下的评价结果有所不同;评价总分的大小顺序依次为同行评价、领导评价、下级评价;领导与同行对6个评价指标的评价无差异;领导与下级对敬业精神、工作作风、业务能力、工作效果4个评价指标的评价无差异,而对服务态度、管理水平2个评价指标的评价有明显差异;同行与下级对业务能力、工作效果2个评价指标的评价无差异,而对敬业精神、工作作风、管理水平3个评价指标的评价有明显差异,仅仅是对服务态度1个评价指标的评价有差异. To evaluate the performance and achievement of administrative staff,5 administrative staff in the middle room in a university in 2008 were selected,and the class of Boston matrix and empirical model were adopted.In the meantime,a study of leaders,persons of the same trade and subordinates estimating the main body was implemented.The results showed that: the effect of evaluation are nearly unanimous by using empirical model and the class of Boston matrix model;the total score of the persons of the same trade evaluated is highest,follow is leaders and subordinates;the evaluation index that leader and the persons of the same trade evaluated have no difference,some the evaluation index have significant difference,some have no difference that leader and subordinates do,but there are three situation showed that the persons of the same trade and subordinates do,it is no difference,significant difference and difference.
