兰州市中学排球课余训练现状调查及提升策略研究

The Status Quo Survey of Middle School Amateur Volleyball Training in Lanzhou and Its Countermeasures

采用问卷调查、专家访谈、逻辑分析及数理统计等研究方法,对兰州市中学排球课余训练现状进行深入调查,结果表明:兰州市中学排球课余训练存在训练学校布局失衡;运动员选拔范围窄、训练时间不足;教练员专业运动训练经历浅、训练存在盲目性;训练经费严重不足;场地设施难以满足训练需求;竞赛制度不够健全等问题.并在对上述问题进行客观分析的基础上,为兰州市学校排球课余训练逐步走上规范化和普及化的发展轨道,提出了几点提升策略.

Using methods of literature review,questionnaire,experts interviewing and mathematical statistics,the status quo of amateur volleyball training among 24 middle schools in Lanzhou were investigated.Here are the findings：unevenly distribution of training teams among districts and counties;narrow scope of selecting athletes and insufficient training spell;inexperienced coaches of professional volleyball training with poor awareness of scientific research;inadequate training funds and training facilities and incomplete competition systems,etc..On the basis of objective analysis,the author proposes some countermeasures according to the existing problems.
