高校体育教师工作满意度的调查与分析

Investigation on Degree of Job Satisfaction of P.E.Teachers in Universities

运用《工作满意程度量表》对高校体育教师工作满意度因素进行了调查.研究结果显示:目前,大学体育教师对工作满意的有:工作本身的吸引力;上班工作计划和时间;工作环境.不满意的因素有:工作薪水,组织管理等.此外,工作年限、配偶职业对高校体育教师工作满意程度有显著影响.

The degree of job satisfaction of the P.E.teachers in universities were investigated,the different factors for the P.E.teachers in universities who are satisfied with his work or not were analysed.The reseach shows that the teachers＇ satisfaction is related with the attraction of job,working plan time and the environment.The length of service and spouse＇s job also influenced his job satisfaction greatly.
