造价工程师在监理工作中的地位和作用

The Position and Role of the Cost Engineer in Supervision

工程建设监理的中心工作是对工程项目实施投资、质量、进度三方面的控制,在保证工程项目质量和进度要求的前提下,实现实际投资不超过计划投资.本文结合具体工作实践,就造价工程师在工程监理工作中的地位和作用进行了讨论和分析.结果表明:投资控制工作和投资控制方法是影响工程工期和质量以及整个项目监理效果的主要因素,因此负责监理工作的造价工程师必须既懂工程技术又懂经济、管理和法律知识,并具有良好的实践经验和职业道德素质.

The central work of project construction supervision is to control the investment,quality and progress of a project.On the assumption of good quality and progress,supervison work should guarantee that the actual investment will not exceed the estimated investment.According to the practical work,in this paper,cost engineers＇ role and function in project supervison was discussed and anayzed.The result showed that the work and methods of investment-controlling are the main factors that can influnce the progress,quality and the effect of supervision.For this reason,the cost engineer who is resposible for supervision must know engineering technology as well as economy,management as well as law,and must have practical experiences and professional ethics and quality.
