摘要
尝试创造性地提出把实验室看成基因组的观点:与基因组由4种脱氧核糖核苷酸组成相似,实验室基因组也由4大要素组成:模块化的实验项目;按照模块化要求而专业化的实验技术人员;模块化的实验室空间布局;模块化的仪器设备。与基因组是大量4种脱氧核糖核苷酸的组合相似,实验室基因组也由4大要素"组合设计"而成。指出了"实验室基因组"有在教学上和科研上的2种常见表现形式,讨论"实验室基因组"新观点在实验室的建设、运行和管理上的重要意义。
Similar to the DNA that is composed of four kinds of nucleotides,a new concept genomic laboratory was put forward here.It was also consist of four main components：Mondular experiment items;Professional technicians required by modularization;Spatial distribution of the modular laboratory rooms;Modular arrangement of equipments.This paper also discussed two phenotypes of a genomic laboratory in daily teaching and scientific research.This new concept will play an important role in the construction,running and management of laboratories.
