The Study about Residual Determination of Oxadiargyl on the Rice Field

摘要 样品以二氯甲烷为提取剂,弗罗里硅土混合柱净化,用配有大口径石英毛细柱和电子捕获检测器(ECD)的气相色谱仪测定。空白样品添加0005~0020mg/kg稻思达的平均回收率为88%~94%。最低检测浓度为0001mg/kg。 Residues of oxadiargyl were extracted from rice,rice husk and soil by dichloromethane,purified using mixed column with florisil and activated carbon,and then concentrated extracts were detrmined by gas chromatography on capillary column using an electron capture detector.The recoveries of the method varied from 88% to 94%,when the samples were spiked at 0.005~0.020mg/kg. The minimum detectable corcentration of oxadiargyl in the sample of rice,rice straw and soil was 0.001mg/kg.
