中医综合疗法治疗小儿肺炎临床疗效评价

Clinical evaluation of TCM comprehensive treatment for pneumonia in children

目的观察中医辨证治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法收集小儿肺炎病例300例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各150例。对照组根据临床检查结果选取相应的抗生素,如红霉素、头孢菌素等抗感染治疗。治疗组采用传统中医辨证论治,并配合敷胸散外敷。结果治疗组总有效率98.67%,对照组95.33%,两组比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。但治疗组无效率较对照组明显降低,两组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿主要临床症状(发热、咳嗽、喘息、咳痰、肺部湿啰音)消失时间比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿的平均住院时间和住院费用比较,治疗组明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证治疗小儿肺炎疗效确切,治愈率高,并且缩短了疗程,值得在临床推广。

Objective To observe the curative effects of TCM for children pneumonia.Methods 300 cases of pediatric pneumonia cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,150 patients in each group.The control group selected antibiotic based on clinical examination results,such as erythromycin,cephalosporins and other anti-infective treatment comparison.The treatment group were given TCM treatment,and external deposited Reticulitermes external application.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 98.67 %,95.33% in the control group,there was no significant difference（P 0.05）.However,the inefficiency rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group（P 0.05）.Two groups of children with major clinical symptoms（fever,cough,wheezing,sputum,lung wetrale） disappearance time of comparison,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（P 0.05）.The average length of stay and hospital costs compared to treatment group was significantly less than the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion TCM treatment of children pneumonia have a high cure rate and shorten the course of the disease,it is worth spreading in the clinic.
